Purchaser License Agreement

This Purchaser License Agreement applies to digital content purchased from Lustomic.com.

1. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

When you purchase digital content from Lustomic, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, download, and use that content for your own personal use.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the content or any copyright or other intellectual property rights.

2. COPIES ON YOUR DEVICES

You may download and store purchased content on your personal computers, phones, tablets, storage devices, or other devices for your own personal use.

You are encouraged to download and save your purchased files for safekeeping.

3. NO SHARING OR DISTRIBUTION

Purchased content may not be shared, distributed, uploaded, posted, transmitted, sold, resold, sublicensed, traded, given away, or otherwise made available to another person.

This includes, without limitation, making purchased content available through file-sharing services, torrents, shared cloud-storage folders, websites, forums, social media, messaging services, or similar methods.

Your account and access to purchased content are for your personal use only.

4. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

All purchased content remains protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Copyright and ownership remain with Lustomic and/or the applicable artist, creator, publisher, or other rights holder.

You may not remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, credits, watermarks, or other ownership information contained in purchased content.

5. MODIFICATION AND COMMERCIAL USE

Purchased content may not be reproduced, republished, modified, adapted, incorporated into another work, or used commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder.

You may not claim purchased content, or any portion of it, as your own work.

6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING

Purchased content may not be used to train, develop, fine-tune, evaluate, or provide source material for an artificial intelligence or machine-learning model, dataset, or similar system without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

7. OTHER LUSTOMIC POLICIES

Purchases and use of Lustomic.com are also subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy published on the site.

By purchasing or downloading digital content from Lustomic.com, you agree to comply with this Purchaser License Agreement.
